CBA Voting:

Before any proposed collective agreement goes into effect, it requires approval by the Employers and by AUNP -- and before AUNP can approve a proposed collective agreement, you, the members, must review it and then ratify it via a ratification vote.

Starting onThursday, October 5, 2023, at 8:00am Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 8:00am and continuing until Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 12:00 midnight, AUNP will be conducting an electronic ratification vote. When the voting period opens, all regular AUNP members in good standing (those currently employed by AHS or Covenant Health) will receive an email with electronic voting instructions and a link to the ballot. Your employee ID will also be your voting ID. The ballot will be delivered from Simply Voting. Once you receive the initial email from the Simply Voting system mark it as safe, to ensure your subsequent ballot does not end up in your spam folder.

On Thursday, October 12, 2023, we will email our distribution list a follow-up announcement with the results of the ratification vote.
